Lost or forgotten password
During your guest or membership registration you would have set your password. Don't worry if you have forgotten it as you can easily reset your password.
When choosing a new password, please bear in mind it needs to be seven or more characters, and should contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
Please also make sure to choose a password you haven't used before.
Unsure of membership number
To log into our website you need to use your Royal Pharmaceutical
Society membership number, this is the same as your old RPSGB number.
Your membership number can be found on your RPS membership card in the bottom left-hand corner.
You can also find your membership number in your Welcome email, which you'll have received when you joined the Society.
If you are still unsure of your membership number or have lost your membership card, please call 0845 257 2570 or email [email protected].
I'm logging in to the new website for the first time
If you are a Londep member but haven't logged on to our website please reset your password by entering your membership number.
Using a work PC?
When you use and login to our website, a few small files of data are stored on your computer; these are called cookies.

from a work computer, that they request their IT team to add
*.londep.info to their trusted sites.
Still having trouble?
- Try using a different browser, it may be an issue with the browser you're using.
- Are you at home or at work? - if you are using a work PC
, especially NHS, cookies may be blocked. You'll need to ask your IT
department to add *.londep.info to their 'trusted sites' list.
- Delete cookies and cached files, sometimes multiple cookies can cause conflicts.
- Internet Explorer -
For users with IE9, navigate to the 'Tools' menu, then select 'Safety'
(users of IE8, can select this option directly from the toolbar) and
then to 'Delete Browsing History'. 'Cookies' and 'Temporary Internet
Files' should be selected, while the 'Preserve Favourites Data' should
be unticked. Click 'Delete' and restart the browser once complete.
- Firefox -
Select 'Tools' then go to 'Clear Recent History...'. In the pop-up
window, change the time frame to 'Everything' and select the drop down
arrow next to 'Details', then make sure Cookies, Cache and Active Logins
are selected. Click 'Clear Now' and restart the browser once complete.
- Google Chrome -
Click the 'Settings' button next to the Address Bar, then go to 'Tools'
on the drop-down list, and select 'Clear browsing data...'. The time
frame should be set to 'from the beginning of time', and the following
options selected; 'Clear cache' and 'Delete cookies and other site and
plug-in data'. Click on the 'Clear Browsing Data' button and then
restart the browser once complete.
- Safari -
Select the Safari menu, or the Preferences/Settings icon, and choose
'Reset Safari', select 'Remove all website data' and then 'Reset'. Once
complete, restart the browser
